Zatar

Ingredients
- Dough (Check out my dough recipe here.)
- Zatar Spices
- Olive Oil
Directions

Spilt your dough into fist sized balls as shown above.

Roll the dough out into large pieces.

Add Zatar and olive oil to a bowl and mix.

- Take a spoonful of the mixture and spread over the dough.
- Bake at 350. I usually take them out of the oven while they are still soft, but if you like your bread crispier you can leave them in for longer.
