1. Spilt your dough into fist sized balls as shown above.

  2. Roll the dough out into large pieces.

  3. Add Zatar and olive oil to a bowl and mix.

  4. Take a spoonful of the mixture and spread over the dough.
  5. Bake at 350. I usually take them out of the oven while they are still soft, but if you like your bread crispier you can leave them in for longer.
